I found your blog while surfing on my lunch break. The photos are excellent! My partner & I moved to E. Austin (Windsor Park) in fall '06 and I've slowly been transforming my yard from overgrown suburban 1950's to something more xeric. I imagine we're dealing with some of the same issues (soil/drainage/dog?). I love what you've done! -Ben
